I love:

+ how @thismamaandgod’s notes are SO practical!

+ that @gracefilled_coffeefueled includes her littles in her quiet time. As a mom, quiet time is not always so quiet. These sweet moments set an excellent example for our children.

+ this calanedar @jwhite_w_faith has in her journal. What a great idea?!

+ everything about @rachelshopemoms’ photo! Jesus + fresh air and… bright nail polish!

+ these notes / journal layouts from @linplans (SO colorful!), @kayla.reddoch and @mellissaadele.

+ what’s not to love about @iamcindylynn’s journal and Bible?! Seeing her photos throughout the week makes me so happy! I love how she pours her love out for God all over these pages!

+ @its_phalen_yall’s takeaways!

+ seeing @mikiamonay’s well-loved Bible and journal each week.

+ how honest @mustard_seed89 is in her journal. Remember, it’s not about studying the Bible to post for other people but, for ourselves. How God is speaking to us. And if how He speaks to us helps others, that’s beyond amazing! I’m pointing this out just for the fact that it’s so easy to get caught up in having a “super awesome devotion” to share with others. But let’s remember why we are really doing this: to strengthen our relationship with God. @mustard_seed89’s posts always remind me of this because of how raw and honest she is during her devotions.

+ @hauptsachebunt’s beautiful devotion! To read it in it’s entirety, visit her on IG!

+ @prairiedreams’ simple, but gorgeous depiction of Psalm 8. In her caption she quoted the MSG translation, “I look up at your macro-skies, dark and enormous, your handmade sky-jewelry, moon and stars mounted in their settings. Then I look at my micro-self and wonder, why do you bother with us? Why take a second look our way?” (Psalm 8:3-4) This is so beyond beautiful!

  1. What stood out to me this week is that Satan is active in this world. He is full of curses, lies, and oppression. But God is also in this world and He will defeat Satan. God is in control forever and always. I will put my hope in God and live my life for Him. Thanks for the great week!
